Why are you passionate about Maternal Mental Health?

I had a traumatic birth with my oldest and I was left with PTSD and anxiety. The NHS services weren’t there back in 2012/13 and it’s not much better today so I want to do my bit. It’s not acceptable that women are left without support and I want to do what I can to change that. Peer Support MATTERS!
